2. Description of the Service

BrokerMatch provides a free mortgage matching service. The Service allows users to:

• Receive a call from our team to discuss their situation;
• Be connected with an FCA-authorised mortgage adviser suited to their case.

BrokerMatch is an introducer only. Any financial advice you receive will come from the matched adviser, who is regulated by the FCA and responsible for that advice under applicable regulations.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals who are:

• Aged 18 or over;
• Resident in the United Kingdom;
• Seeking information or advice about a UK mortgage.

4. Your Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information in the enquiry form;
• Not misrepresent your financial circumstances, identity, or mortgage requirements;
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only;
• Not attempt to circumvent, damage, or disrupt the Service.

Providing false information may result in being matched with an unsuitable adviser and could have legal implications if information is subsequently used in a mortgage application.

5. Our Obligations and Limitations

BrokerMatch will endeavour to:

• Call you the same working day where possible;
• Match you with an adviser from our network whose specialism appears suited to your situation;
• Ensure all advisers in our network meet our stated vetting standards at the time of onboarding.

BrokerMatch does not guarantee:

• That a match will be found for every user;
• That any matched adviser will be able to assist you;
• Any particular mortgage outcome;
• The continued availability of any adviser in our network.

6. No Financial Advice

BrokerMatch does not provide regulated financial advice. Nothing on this website or in any communication from BrokerMatch constitutes a personal recommendation or financial advice as defined by the FCA.

All mortgage advice you receive is provided by your matched adviser, not by BrokerMatch. BrokerMatch accepts no liability for advice given by matched advisers.

7. Free Service and Commercial Arrangements

The Service is provided free of charge to users. BrokerMatch receives commercial payments from advisers in our network in connection with successful introductions. This arrangement does not affect the advice provided to you by your matched adviser — advisers are required by the FCA to act in your best interests.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to BrokerMatch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokerMatch shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the advice provided by a matched adviser;
• Any decision made by a user based on information on this website;
• Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
